Product Manager Analyst (US based)

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Manager Assistant to support our product team in delivering high-quality digital solutions. In this role, you will work closely with Product Managers, engineers, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination across all stages of the product development process.

Responsibilities

• Assist Product Managers in organizing and maintaining product backlogs and roadmaps

• Ensure clear documentation and tracking of tasks using tools like Jira, Asana, or Linear

• Run basic technical tasks such as querying databases and reviewing log files

• Proactively identify potential issues or blockers and suggest actionable solutions

• Support product discovery and delivery by coordinating with cross-functional teams

• Ensure clear, timely, and structured communication across departments

• Help monitor deadlines and milestones, keeping projects on track

• Contribute to testing and QA coordination with a strong focus on detail

• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot gaps or inconsistencies

• Proactive mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong time management and organizational abilities

• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Linear, or similar)

• Basic technical proficiency (e.g., ability to run SQL queries, read log files)

• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
